Mock Trial

The purpose of this program is threefold: To acquaint dental professions with the terms and format used in trial courts generally; to demonstrate the use of experts in dental malpractive litigation; and to demonstrate how the law, through the theory of negligence is applied to the dental professions.
This program will attempt to accomplish these purposes by following an actual case for dental malpractive from the filing of the complaint through the subsequent appeal of the case to the Michigan Supreme Court.
